Here are some things to consider when registering for a FINETIKS account:
- Write the email in all lowercase (maximum 35 characters).
- Manually type the phone number (do not copy-paste from the contact list on your smartphone) and avoid spaces.
- If the OTP or verification code is not sent, make sure the date/time settings on your smartphone are set to auto-sync.
- Write the name in all capital letters.
- Enter the PIN correctly.
- Do not repeatedly press buttons in the app. Press the button once and wait for the app to work; do not repeat it several times as it may cause the FINETIKS app to error.
- If you fail to enter the PIN 3 times, wait for 5 minutes before trying again.
