What is Finetiks?

FINETIKS is a personal financial management application that helps you record all of your transactions from the whole financial accounts. FINETIKS also provides an option to record custom transactions through the Manual Account feature. FINETIKS is currently under development and we currently have the app published in trial version.

How to Register in FINETIKS?

To register, follow the process by opening the downloaded FINETIKS app and follow these steps:

Download the FINETIKS app on the play store/app store.
Click the "Register" button to start the registration process.
Fill in your active phone number and email for verification.
Enter the verification code received on the registered number (OTP).
Continue the registration process by following the instructions.

What is Finetiks?

What are the advantages of using FINETIKS?

FINETIKS can speed up the process of recording and tracking transactions and help users manage their finances in one dedicated place with the features Allocate Funds and Set Budget limits.

What are the requirements that must be completed to create a FINETIKS account?

You are an Indonesian citizen who holds e-KTP and a smartphone user, and also has savings & other financial goals. Users who do not yet have e-KTP are under parental supervision.

Is FINETIKS safe?

FINETIKS guarantees the security of all data and user privacy by implementing the "AES-256" encryption method, which has been implemented nationally and internationally by well-known banks and financial applications. FINETIKS is also supervised by Kominfo and registered with the Indonesia Fintech Association.

Can I make payments via FINETIKS?

At this moment, FINETIKS only supports your record and manages your financial needs.

User Registration

How to Register in FINETIKS?

To register, follow the process by opening the downloaded FINETIKS app and follow these steps:

Download the FINETIKS app on the play store/app store.
Click the "Register" button to start the registration process.
Fill in your active phone number and email for verification.
Enter the verification code received on the registered number (OTP).
Continue the registration process by following the instructions.

How long is the account registration process?

The registration process takes less than 5 minutes. However, you still need to complete the onboarding process by connecting your financial account to the FINETIKS app before the system can manage transactions automatically and provide the best experience.

What to do if account creation fails?

a. Registration stopped in the middle of the process

You can continue the registration process that stopped in the middle of the process, as long as it's within 24 hours and from the same device. You need to repeat the registration process if you reinstall the app or continue registration on another device.

b. Registration always fails

c. Tips for successful registration

Here are some things to consider when registering for a FINETIKS account:

Write the email in all lowercase (maximum 35 characters).
Manually type the phone number (do not copy-paste from the contact list on your smartphone) and avoid spaces.
If the OTP or verification code is not sent, make sure the date/time settings on your smartphone are set to auto-sync.
Write the name in all capital letters.
Enter the PIN correctly.
Do not repeatedly press buttons in the app. Press the button once and wait for the app to work; do not repeat it several times as it may cause the FINETIKS app to error.
If you fail to enter the PIN 3 times, wait for 5 minutes before trying again.

What to do if you don't receive OTP?

You can send a new verification code by pressing the "Resend" button. If you have requested a new code 3 times in a row, please wait for 5 minutes before continuing or contact our customer service at +62811993882 for assistance.

What if I forget the PIN?

If you forget the PIN, follow the steps below:

Click "Forgot PIN" below the Login section.
Enter the email address registered with the FINETIKS app.
A link to reset the PIN will be automatically sent to your email.
Enter the new PIN and confirm your new PIN.
Your account can now be used with the new PIN.

What is FINETIKS Fun?

What is FINETIKS Universe?

FINETIKS Universe is a feature where you can virtually travel around the world. You can see all available digital destinations, unlock destinations, and collect stamps for each unlocked destination. You can access premium content and promotions by unlocking destination goals. This makes your travel planning easier!

How to level up?

The more missions you complete, the more FINETIKS Points you earn, and the faster you level up! There is a minimum cumulative point requirement for each account level. To move to the next level, you must meet the minimum cumulative points for that level. Cumulative points are the accumulation of points you have earned so far.

Can I decrease my level?

No, you cannot decrease your level.

What is FINETIKS Points?

FINETIKS Points are loyalty points that we give you for missions you have completed in FINETIKS. Collect these points to unlock FINETIKS digital destinations, reach higher levels, and win travel vouchers to your chosen destinations among the best places worldwide.

What rewards can I get by unlocking digital goals?

You can access premium content and promotions related to the destinations you unlock. If you're interested in going to a specific place, unlock that destination in FINETIKS Universe, and you will receive promotions related to that destination, such as airplane tickets, hotels, entrance tickets, and more.

Do FINETIKS Points expire?

No, Points do not expire.

How to participate in the Weekly Draw?

You must earn a minimum of 10 points in that week to be eligible for the draw.

How to register a complaint?

You can go to FINETIKS Support on your FINETIKS profile page.

What is FINETIKS Level?

As a FINETIKS user, the more you use the app, the more benefits you can get.

There are six levels you can achieve: Dreamer - Tourist - Cartographer - Astronomer - Wanderer - Jetsetter.

Dreamer: The first level to start your journey in FINETIKS Fun.
Tourist: To reach this level, you must accumulate a minimum of 100 cumulative points (Total Points = 100).
Cartographer: To reach this level, you must accumulate a minimum of 500 cumulative points (Total Points = 500).
Astronomer: To reach this level, you must accumulate a minimum of 1000 cumulative points (Total Points = 1000).
Wanderer: To reach this level, you must accumulate a minimum of 1500 cumulative points (Total Points = 1500).
Jetsetter: To reach this level, you must accumulate a minimum of 2000 cumulative points (Total Points = 2000).

How to view my current account level?

Press the Fun tab in the menu; your account level can be seen at the top along with the total points you have earned.

How to earn FINETIKS Points?

Open the Mission section to see all available missions for you to complete and earn FINETIKS Points.
Choose a mission and complete the tasks for that mission.
You will receive points for the completed mission.

How to use FINETIKS Points?

You can use it by pressing the Fun menu, then click the "explore" button in the FINETIKS universe banner, choose which destination you want to unlock or visit, and finally, click the "unlock" button and redeem points to enjoy premium content and promotions at each destination you choose.

Transaction Data

How to view the balance in each selected financial account?

Click the homepage, then click "See All" in the financial account section on the homepage, and you can see the balance from each of your financial accounts that are connected to the FINETIKS app.

How many transactions can be viewed?

You can view transactions for the last 6 months from each of your financial accounts. You can also filter based on the date you want to view and search for transaction names.

Can you add transaction notes manually?

Certainly, open the homepage, then click "see all," then choose "add transaction." Fill in all the required forms. To save it, click the "Save" button.

What is Monthly Budget?

Budget is determined based on your monthly income, allowing you to track your spending. This helps in recording whether you exceed the monthly budget or still have it under control.

What is Needs?

Needs are all expenditures intended to fulfill daily user needs.

What is Wants?

Wants are all expenditures intended to fulfill user desires (not needs).

How to set a budget for each category?

You can access the expense menu, then choose a category by pressing needs or wants, then select "spending categories," click the "set budget" button, and finally, you can set the amount and budget period.

What is the purpose of "Toggle My Budget" in spending categories?

The toggle is a useful filter to display categories that users have budgeted for.

Can the spending performance report be downloaded

Certainly, you can go to the expense menu, then in the top right corner, there will be a "three-dot icon" button that you can click, then press "download as PDF." The file will be automatically downloaded to your device.

FINETIKS VIP Save

How to create FINETIKS VIP Save account by Bank Victoria

Go to the Save menu.
Click the "Start Account Opening" button. If prompted to enter a code, input the VIP Save referral code (if any). This feature is limited, so without a VIP Save referral code, you won’t be able to open a VIP Save account
Read and agree to all "User Agreements."
Take a photo of your ID card (KTP).
Review the ID card information. If any fields are blank, fill in the missing information according to the data on your ID card
Perform the Liveness Test by following the instructions in the app
Fill in your employment information
Provide your financial information
Verify your identity by entering your mother's name
Create a PIN for your VIP Save account
Successfully create your account.

How to successfully scan KTP during FINETIKS VIP Save onboarding

Make sure you use your original ID card (KTP).
Do not use any other type of identification card besides the KTP.
Ensure your KTP is in good condition.
Use good lighting when taking the photo.
Do not use a photocopied KTP.
Avoid taking a blurry picture.
Do not crop or edit your image.

How to successfully perform a selfie during FINETIKS VIP Save onboarding

Authenticity verification is required for security and authentication in the account opening process.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Remove any facial accessories, such as glasses, masks, and others.
Ensure proper lighting and position your phone's front camera directly in front of your face.
Make sure your face is within the camera frame. Follow each subsequent step carefully.

How to create FINETIKS VIP Save PIN

Complete all the required processes for opening a VIP Save account.
After completing the process, you will be prompted to create a PIN.
Create a 6-digit PIN.
Confirm the 6-digit PIN.
Save it.

How to reset FINETIKS VIP Save PIN

Go to the Save menu.
On the main Save page, click "Details" for the VIP Save account information.
Select the "Reset VIP Save PIN" menu.
Enter a new 6-digit PIN.
Confirm the 6-digit PIN.
Enter your date of birth.
Proceed to the OTP verification process.
Input the OTP code sent to your registered phone number in FINETIKS.
Confirm. The VIP Save PIN has been successfully reset.

How to view my FINETIKS VIP Save balance

Go to the Save menu.
On the main Save page, click the "eye" icon.
The balance amount will be displayed.

How to view my FINETIKS VIP Save transaction history

Go to the Save menu.
On the main Save page, scroll down to the "Recent Transactions" section.
To view all VIP Save transactions, click "See All Transactions."

How to transfer fund from my FINETIKS VIP Save account to a Bank Victoria account

Go to the Save menu.
On the main Save page, click the "Transfer" button.
Select the transfer type: to the same bank (Bank Victoria).
Enter the destination bank account number.
On the Transfer page, input the amount of money to be transferred.
Confirm the transfer details.
Proceed with the transfer.
Enter your VIP Save PIN.
The transfer was successful.

How to transfer fund from my FINETIKS VIP Save account to another bank account

Go to the Save menu.
On the main Save page, click the "Transfer" button.
Select the transfer type: to a Other Bank (not Bank Victoria).
Enter the destination bank account number.
On the Transfer page, input the amount of money to be transferred.
Select the transfer method.
Confirm the transfer details.
Proceed with the transfer.
Enter your VIP Save PIN.
The transfer was successful.

How many free transfers can I do from my FINETIKS VIP Save account

Unlimited free transfer to Bank Victoria
20 free transfers per month to other banks (non-Bank Victoria).

How to set up a new Victoria Mobile Account

Download the Victoria Mobile app from the Play Store/App Store.
Open the Victoria Mobile app and tap "Register (Registrasi)."
Read the attached Terms and Conditions (Syarat dan ketentuan) thoroughly, then check the agreement box.
Fill in your personal information as listed in the FINETIKS app. Enter the "Account Number (Nomor Rekening)" corresponding to the VIP Save account on FINETIKS.
Enter the OTP code sent to the phone number you registered on both the Victoria Mobile and FINETIKS apps.
Create a User ID and a new password for the Victoria Mobile app.
Set up a 6-digit PIN on the Victoria Mobile app.
Done.

Profile Management

How to change the PIN?

If you want to change your PIN, follow the steps below:

Click your Profile in the app.
Select Account Setting.
Then select Change PIN.
Enter your current PIN.
Next, enter your new PIN.
Click Confirm.
Your PIN has been successfully reset.

How to close a FINETIKS account?

We are very sorry to hear that. To close your FINETIKS account, you can go to the settings and profile page. Then select account settings and choose delete account. You will be asked to answer some questions about why you are closing your FINETIKS account. Then, you will be prompted to enter a verification code to close your account. If successful, your FINETIKS account will be deleted.

Will uninstalling the FINETIKS app delete your account and transaction history in the app?

No, you must delete the account properly within the app to remove the account and erase your transaction history.

What is the impact if the account has been deleted?

Then, you can no longer log in and use the FINETIKS app.

How to restore a closed account?

A deleted FINETIKS account cannot be restored. If you want to use the FINETIKS app again, you must register a new account.

How many account FINETIKS can be owned?

You can only have one FINETIKS account per phone number and email.

How to change the phone number in FINETIKS?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," edit the phone number, and the system will automatically request verification again for OTP validation. If successful, the account has been updated.

How to change the email address in FINETIKS?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," and edit the email address. Next, you will receive a verification email for the validation process. If done, the account has been successfully updated.

How to change the profile picture?

You can change it by visiting the homepage, then click the avatar at the top of the homepage, then click "profile info," click "edit profile," click the camera icon, and finally, choose the photo you want from your gallery.
