a. #KocekTHR is organized by PT Finetiks Inovasi Indonesia.
b. By participating in #KocekTHR, participants are deemed to have known, agreed, and must comply with and be subject to the terms, conditions, and regulations issued by the #KocekTHR organizers and/or PT Finetiks Inovasi Indonesia.
c. Open to all registered Finetiks users.
d. Indonesian citizens residing in Indonesia.
e. The organizers have the right to terminate, revise, or suspend this program in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, for any reason without being held accountable.
a. The competition starts from March 16 to the ladder April 15, 2024.
b. Announcement of the winner of the competition will be held on April 22, 2024
a. Participants must log in to the Finetiks application at least 5 times during the competition period.
b. Participants must record at least 20 valid transactions during the competition period.
c. Participants found to be cheating or providing fraudulent information will be disqualified.
d. Winners will be determined by the Jury, and this decision is final and cannot be contested.
a. The Jury or the organizers will select 10 (ten) individuals with the highest number of activities or transactions within the application.
b. Calculation of activity or transaction points within the application will follow the following calculation and conditions:
c. 10 (ten) Winners will be selected based on the highest total points based on activities or transactions within the application as described above.
d. 1 (one) winner is counted as 1 (one) Finetiks account, therefore, the winning account is entitled to receive 1 prize.
e. Participants can only win the prize once during the competition period.
f. Winners will be contacted by Finetiks no later than 2x24 (two) working days after the winners are announced.
g. Each winner selected will be contacted via Finetiks' Official Whatsapp.
h. Winners are required to send their personal data as specified, including full name, bank/ewallet name, account number/ewallet.
i. Each winner in each period must send their personal data to Finetiks Official Whatsapp within 2x24 hours after being announced on Instagram Indonesia account.
j. If more than 1 week after the end of the competition and the selected winners have not yet sent their personal data, the prize will be deemed forfeited and the organizers have the right to find replacement winners.
k. Winners will be contacted by Finetiks representatives for prize handover details.
l. Prizes cannot be transferred or winners cannot choose the prize.
m. Prizes will be sent no later than 2 weeks (working days) after all data is received.
n. eWallet balances will be sent every month on the 25th (if the 25th falls on a holiday, eWallet balances will be given on the nearest working day).

Finetiks is not responsible for parties claiming to be Finetiks or PT Finetiks Inovasi Indonesia or #KocekTHR (Ramadan Daily Financial Recording & Transaction Competition) or other parties affiliated with Finetiks and contacting winners with information outside of the terms and conditions of #KocekTHR (Ramadan Daily Financial Recording & Transaction Competition).
d. Participants declare that all information provided to Finetiks is true and most up-to-date as of the date the information is provided and participants declare that Finetiks cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by participants during the implementation of this contest, whether caused by inaccurate information provided to Finetiks or other reasons.
e. This event is not sponsored by any other party. All prizes given are not a form of cooperation with or sponsorship from the manufacturer of the device. All intellectual property rights related to the devices awarded to winners are owned by the respective companies, and winners by accepting the prize agree to comply with the terms and conditions issued by the manufacturer of the device.
